Eksakto is owned and operated by Eksakto Software Publishing, a business name registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (Business Name No. 8539609), City of Pasig, Philippines. Contact us at eksakto.app@gmail.com.

By buying a license or using the Eksakto app at eksakto.app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

01What you are buying

Eksakto is a web app that helps videographers, photographers and other creatives track shoots, clients, payments, expenses and documents. When you pay, you get a lifetime license key that unlocks the App. It is a one time payment. There is no subscription and no monthly fee.

02Your license

• Your license is personal and is for your own business use.
• You may use your key on the devices you personally use, such as your phone and laptop.
• You may not sell, share, publish or give away your license key, or let other businesses use it.
• You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the App.

We may deactivate a key that is shared publicly, resold, or used in a way that breaks these Terms.

03Price and payment

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos on the checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner, PayMongo, through QR Ph and other methods they support. We do not see or store your bank or card details. Founding codes are for the people they were sent to, can be used once, and are limited in number.

04Delivery

After a successful payment, your license key is shown on screen and sent to the email you gave us. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your Spam folder or email us.

05Updates

Your license includes future updates to the App that we release. Features may change over time as we improve the App.

06Your data and backups

The records you enter in the App, like shoots, clients and payments, are stored on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. This keeps your data private, but it also means you are responsible for backing it up. Use the Backup to Google Drive feature regularly. We cannot recover data that is lost because a browser was cleared, a device was lost or replaced, or a backup was not made.

08No warranty

We work hard to keep the App accurate and working, but it is provided "as is". The App is a tracking tool and does not give legal, tax or accounting advice. Please check important numbers yourself and consult a professional for tax matters.

09Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be on this page with its date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
