02How to ask for a refund
- Email eksakto.app@gmail.com from the email you used to buy.
- Include your name and your license key.
- Telling us why is optional, but it helps us improve.
03What happens next
The money back guarantee is available once per customer. We may decline requests that look like repeated or abusive use, for example buying and refunding again with another email.
We will confirm within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent back through our payment partner, PayMongo, to the original payment method where possible. Depending on your bank or e-wallet, it may take several business days to appear. Once refunded, your license key will be deactivated and the App will stop working on your devices the next time they go online. The records you entered stay on your device, so you can still export them.
04After 7 days
Purchases are final after 7 days, except where the law requires otherwise. If something is not working, email us anyway and we will do our best to fix it.
05Duplicate or wrong payments
If you were charged twice or paid the wrong amount by mistake, email us at any time and we will correct it.
