01What we collect
- Waitlist and survey: your email and the answers you choose to give, such as the kind of work you do.
- Purchase: your name, email, the amount paid, any founding code used, and the payment reference from our payment partner.
- License activation: your license key and the date it was last activated.
02What we do not collect
The records you enter in the App, such as shoots, clients, payments, expenses and documents, are stored only on your device. We do not upload, see or sell this data. We also never receive your bank, card or e-wallet login details. Payments are handled by PayMongo under their own privacy policy.
03How we use your information
- To send your license key, receipts and important updates about your purchase.
- To tell you about the launch and founding price if you joined the waitlist.
- To understand our users better and improve the App.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of license keys.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
04Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run Eksakto: PayMongo (payments), Supabase (secure database for orders, licenses and waitlist), our email delivery provider, and Google (forms and email). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
05How long we keep it
We keep purchase and license records for as long as your license is active and as required by law for business records. Waitlist information is kept until you ask us to remove it.
06Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving updates, by emailing eksakto.app@gmail.com. Deleting purchase records may mean we can no longer help you recover a lost license key.
07Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.
